Building future-ready talent, knowledge, and systems for a changing world
The University of Toronto, Canada’s leading university, is developing the talent and knowledge that underpin long-term resilience, security, and economic growth. We prepare graduates to contribute across sectors, from research to applied systems and public policy.
The systems that support national defence—advanced technologies, scalable infrastructure, and effective governance—also drive innovation, productivity, and societal well-being. U of T’s mission is to strengthen Canada’s talent pipeline and deliver broad benefits to the nation.

U of T’s Support for Student Service Members
U of T has a long history of recognizing and supporting student service members, veterans, and their families.
U of T is a member of the Canadian Military, Veteran and Family Connected Campus Consortium (CMVF3C), a national initiative that helps veterans and military-connected families access post-secondary education.
Through the Serving Scholar Program, U of T helps student service members find academic supports and request flexibility when service obligations affect their studies.
